Hello, I've made some replys to others on the message board but haven't expressed my problems to everyone. I have simple partial seizures. I get a really strong deja vu feeling. I have these "auras" once a month for 5-10 days. During that periond I also feel anxious, depressed, and paranoid. I can still go to work and socialize, but it is hard to deal with. I was diagnosed with epilepsy when I was in highschool because I had a grand mal seizure. The doctor prescribed Tegratol. I'm 28 now and haven't had any major problems untill just a couple of years ago. I started having the auras more frequently and they're becoming harder to deal with. I've switched meds. I'm now taking limictal. They're not getting worse, but they're not getting better. I'm getting a second opinion this month. It's really helped typing on this forum. I've also discussed the problems with my family, something I was afraid to do before.
