Has anyone had any luck with creams/ointments aimed for arthritis pain?

Just wondering if this would be of some help before bed or getting up in the morning for pain, stiffnes, or inflammation.

Thanks!

Sure the capsaisin creme works good.
I use z o s t r i x HP myself.
Downside to this is of course must not get anywhere near the eyes.... and if you go in the sun tends to bring on a sunburn.
Can help one get thru sone painful times though. Standard stuff you can buy basically anywhere nowadays

I buy a cream from my local GNC called ARNICA CREAM. Its a homeopathic remedy for sore/bruised muscles and joints. I apply it liberally and usually feel relief quickly, but not enough to use it alone of course, but it does offer some help while I wait for the meds to kick in or if that morning is particularly a stiff one. Ive tried the gel too, but it doesnt seem to help as much for me as the cream. I like to put it on my feet in particular. It seems to take that "bruised" and "sore" feeling away for a little while.

I use Zyflamend creme by New Chapter. It contains Capsaisin along with a group of herbs which have Cox 2 anti-inflammatory properties. It works well for my husbands' back problem too.
