How long before you see results for hair and nails taking this? I think I have been taking it for maybe 3-4 weeks and I was hoping for improvement in my hair (shiny) and nails (stronger) and so far I have not really noticed anything. Do you take just one a day and am I just being premature in wanting to see results. I know some vitamins take a couple months to see results. Thanks
