has anyone heard of this being diagnosed incorrectly as CFS or ME?

i read someone suggesting it on another website and the symptoms are very similar to mine, esp as i dont really get brainfog aspect of CFS.

Also it says about a buterfly rash over nose n cheeks, which i get well go bright red but only across middle of face n get feverish, which as far as i am aware is not an CFS thing?

any suggestions? doc not particularly helpful and i think he is finding me a pain atm but he is actually quite good!! lol

Fever and butterfly rash is not characteristic of CFIDS but is of Lupus. I would find another doctor. Blood tests should also help with the diagnosis.

Ask your Dr. to test your ANA count. Lupus and other auto immune diseases almost always raise your ANA count.
