Sometimes I wake up feeling very weak and slightly dizzy, like I have a hang over. I noticed when I have these days I dream alot and very vived and some of the dreams are very alarming and they cause me to wake up alot through the night. Also, I noticed I usaully have a upset stomach that goes along with it. I feel it the worst when I first wake up and it takes maybe an hour to wear off (Before I feel stronger) though I feel it slightly all through the day on these days. When I wake up like this I just want to lean on the wall for support.
Does anyone else experiance this and do you know what the causes are and how to prevent this? It's not very fun. :)

I have read that CFS sufferers do have very vivid dreams that are so real that you can even feel and touch within the dream.
The upset stomach could be IBS (Irratable bowel syndrome) which is very common with CFS.
Sometimes peppermint tea can help with the upset stomach...Give it a go...I find it works ok for me.

Thanks, Haribo.
I will look more into CFS. I am not positive it is CFS, Mitral Valve Prolapse seems to be common in the family and it can cause bad vivid dreams as well, So I hear. I am not sure if it causes upset stomach though. It could even be some sleep disorder, I do not know. Sometimes I wake up while sleeping and have to catch my breathe, I wonder if that is also common among those who have CFS?
Thanks again, Haribo.
