I did not think I had any ED ever in my life. I never thought I was fat, and I never binged or made myself sick. My problem was and still is that i dont eat enough. Since I can remember, around age 8 or so I never eat.. only diner and few snacks. I am very picky eater. I guess when I turned around 24 and got married had kids it started to catch up to me. Only a few pounds a year, and it never really bothered me untill the last 3 years. I just could not even loose a pound even if I exercised like crazy. My normal calorie intake was at the highest less the 500 a day,, sometimes 0 a day. After 20 plus years it finially hit me. I have to eat and eat a lot. I am doing my best eating at least every 3 hours. But I cant eat a huge amount. I am still only getting 900 a day but at least 7 times a day. I need advise on what lower fat(I will eat some fat) good food with about 100 to 300 calories for small meals. I have never been a good eater, I just dont like the feeling of a full stomach it almost makes me sick.SO I need bland foods. I can only eat so much yorgat and jello. Jello I can hanld but not enough calories in it.
I have been eating every 3 hours for weeks now. I think my metabolic rate is going higher, and my body knows I am not going to starve it. I am starting to get light headed and dizzy at times. I really hope that If I take in more calories it will help. My gaol for next week is 1000+ calories a day.
I also walk on tredmill every day for 2 miles. Can anyone help me?

Your best bet is to see a dietician to assist you in setting a meal plan. They are great and will help you design a plan specific to you. Most insurance companies will cover it, but if they don't they are not all that expensive to pay out of pocket. The thing is what works for one person does not necessarily work for another, so the dietician can plan for you. It is great to read you are wanting to take care of yourself. That takes a lot of courage and determination. Your kids will be grateful to have a healthy mom around for a long time.
