View Full Version : Molars extracted last monday. Now adjacent teeth on right side sensitive to temp

The title kind of speaks for itself, but I'm wondering if any of you have any idea what this could be? Before the extraction, it was the right side that was prone to aching, so mayhaps it was already infected, and now the infection is spreading? It's really freaking me out. I'm only 22 and I don't want to have the entire, upper-right side of my teeth pulled.

The pain is extreme when I expose the teeth to inordinate temperatures, even if I breathe in. Also I have this pressure on the right side of my mouth (around where the gums meet the skull, I guess) that sort of radiates to my nose. It feels similar to how I felt as he was pulling my tooth out. Is it possible that he might've nearly wrenched the adjacent teeth loose? I'd wiggle them but it hurts too damn much.
