Hey everybody ^_^
My roommate's father is taking us out to Red Lobster this afternoon and I'm really looking forward to it. Does anybody know of some good healthier entrees there, because I've never been before? I know the basics: look for baked/grilled instead of fried, order dressing and sauces on the side, etc, but I wanted to know if there were any meals that someone would recommend. Thanks.
