Ok,i did write here about my experience about my highlights being faded after only 3 weeks of having them.Anyway i did go to to the salon, the manager wasn't there and i had to fill out a piece of paper and the receptionist said that the manager will call me.That's it.I will not get a refund or have it done right this time.I paid $150 for that.On their website they say that they guarantee their clients excellen results and complete satisfaction.Yeah right,i wonder if he will call back and see what he will do about this.I will let you all know.Just wanted to see here if anyone would do something else then just fill out a piece of paper and wait for the manager to call???

I got perm when 17 I pay 60.00 for it perm she gave me look bad I wanted to get my money back but I dont think you could Next time I go to a salon I dont like haircut or perm or color I"m going to tell them Perm look so bad that I straighter my hair within 2 day's it's just like throwing away 60.00 bucks I dont go to salon too much but next time I do and if I dont like it I"m going to let them know and try to get my money back I usaully color my hair at home look just as good as salon would do it I even cut my own hair sometimes or just let my mom cut it when cut my hair even I save money that way. I know you should probally not cut your own hair but alway's turn out even plus going to salon all the time cost alot.

Any reputable salon will guarantee their work. That's not to say that they're going to fix something for free just because you don;t like it after you get it - but if there is a problem with a perm or color, they will fix that for free. I've had the same stylist for 20 years - it pays to find someone who knows what they're doing & then stick with them. I've followed him to 4 different salons - the one he's at now is a 30 minute drive (one way), but I don't care - he knows what he's doing & if he ever screwed up - he'd fix it.
