Have you ever had a day that has been just so bad that you feel so very glad to be in your nice, clean home? I felt like that today...

Yep. I sometimes feel so insanely satisfied to be eating a meal that I prepared myself, or to be watching someone eat a meal I prepared. That way I know it's free of food contaminants.

I agree. I've started trying to prepare all my own meals so that I know they are free from other people's germs. What I don't understand is how people with sweaty hands offer something (like a Cheez-It or something) to someone and the other person just goes and eats it. I don't know about you, but I would never do that. How do you know when that person last washed their hands?

I have "germ" OCD too. I love that feeling.
