I have OCD and Panic Disorder. I find that sometimes I get obsessions to repeat certain thoughts or behaviors because if I don't I'll have a major Panic Attack later or suffer some bad panic symptoms that I've suffered before. So my fear is of something that can really happen, and I try to prevent the attacks or situation from happening later by doing compulsions. Anyone ever experience or hear of anything like this?

Pretty common actually, but if you get involved in CBT they will teach you tools that show you how to end the viciuous cycle :)
