How exactly can you take out your Aligners when you eat? It can't be possible to eat anything hard, seeing that your teeth would hurt like hell. I'd imagine that if you did it could mess up the treatment...this whole thing confuses me.

hello, i have been wearing my inisalign for a month and the best analagy for you to think of is the aligner being a mouth guard. Everytime u eat u take it off like how u would take a mouth guard off, but the aligner is much tighter on your teeth than a mouth guard. ure teeth are sensitive at the first few days of the "new" aligner as your teeth are shifting. its not that painful, its bearable pain that u feel when you take the aligners off. i found its better to eat hard things about 2 days after you have put the new aligner on, since your teeth are feeling normal. :) i hope you understand it more now

that makes sense, are you using the payment option for yours? Like 100 some dollars a month?

How many aligners do you have to wear within that year?
