I got through a basketball practice last evening!!! Of course, I did in in 2-4 minute shifts, and took tonnes of resue medicine, but I did it!!!!!

I just wanted to say this, cause it's been ages since I've been able to get through a game, and I was scared I would have to quit the team.

I was also coughing a good bit last night, but I was super hyper because of the combivent, lol. OKOK, cya later!!!!!!

woohee, feelin super now!

Hey that's great jillybelly. I remember when I did 8 laps swimming (25m pool) I was so excited first time ever - got out of the pool and just about run into the ladies change room just to tell my Mum "Mum, Mum guess what I just swam 8 laps!!!". This was a few yrs ago now. :)

wow that must've been very hard too, cause I know I found swimming extremely difficult even when I wasn't having a flare-up. I'm proud of you too!

Hi jillybelly - it was certainly very hard, though I now find swimming quite easy. Any exercise out of the pool I just can't cope. Most often this is related to general fitness levels since I "catch my breath back" if I rest for 5-10mins or so. :)
