I was just wondering has brain locked helped any of you with your obessions or OCD??? have any of your tried to tape also? anyways i just got them both from the library not sure where to start. I am in major doubht that its even going to help so i keep putting it off :confused: like its just another hastle in my life that i dont wanna deal with :confused:


I actually just got the book in the mail today. I've heard rave reviews over it, but to me it doesn't look like it'll do a whole lotta good.
