Hi, I have had back pain for 8 years, it started initially in the lower back and worked its way up the spine into my neck, when it reached my neck I developed reflux. I have been to chiro. osteo, massage, physio, surgeons etc, some have given a little relief but the pain and stiffness always returns. My symptoms are mainly stiffness, low energy, if I over do something I usually have pain the next day. My doctor has sent me for a nap score blood test, do you know what this is. If you have fibro can you the muscles be released by a chiro at all for a while, as this has happened to me but always seizes back up. Who can diagnose this for sure or is it one of those maybe you have maybe not type illness, I have had MRI xrays etc, should anything show on these. Any advice would be appreciated, i know nothing about it, thanks.

I have had Fibro for about 5 years now but was only dx'd 3 years ago-anyway it is possible that it is fibro-but I would like to hear if you can think of any more symptoms along with lower back pain-for example-migraines, irritable bowel, brain fog, chemical sensitivity, how about trigger points? there are so many more I just can't remember right now-oh that's one-memory loss(lol)-try going to a website that lists the symptoms of fibromyalgia and then you can see if you identify or not-good luck and I hope you don't have it!
