I'm just so frustrated right now, I've been doing better eating those 6 magic meals a day. I run whole lot 6-8 miles 5xs a week, and my body just flat out refuses to lose weight, and i'm not thin even near thin i'm probally about 10 pds over normal weight range for my height and body frame. It makes me want to sink into b/p and drop it the nasty way. As much as I exercise I should be nothing, so instead of b/p I am focused on cal intake and exercise I watch everything that I eat .Is that considered recovery or is that just trading obsessions? Because either way I'm consumed by it, and I don't know how not to be... am I just crazy or do any of you feel like whats the point, crazy is crazy right. Is there any such thing as better????

You sound like you are doing better to me. You are eating, what sounds like, normally... you are exercising... you sound healthy. MUCH healthier than B/P will EVER be for you... I wish I was at the point you are now. I would give anything to be where you are... keep it up. Don't do it "the nasty way"... you are doing an awesome job. This is part of recovery.... :) Today I am feeling blah....

Thanx Elizabeth I was having a fat day when I posted, feeling alittle better its just sometimes you look in the mirror and wonder why can't I be this or that and it's just hard to be me, to feel satisfied, don't get me wrong I still have bad days and slip back it's so much easier to be sick then to recover. I've been sick for about 8 yrs, so recovery is a long process don't get to discoarged is my main lesson every day, that and just be happy your alive. I look forward to the day when I don't have to get up and worry about what I will eat that day and if it might affect my pants size , I wish that for all of us.. just to be better. I hope you feel better and wish you the best. Stay Strong!!!! :) :)

Hey Amber...I just wanted to let u know that u are probably '10lbs over normal weight' ...not because u r any fatter..it is because u are running....it is turning any fat u have into muscle (which weighs more than fat). So, infact, u arent becoming fatter...you are becoming fitter. For example, I went skiing the other week...hardly ate a thing and managed to gain a few pounds!!! I felt thinner when I was away and I thought Id have lose 7lbs..but I didnt. So, please dont get urself down.X
