Hi....being you sound so much like me....I wanted to ask you......are you officially dxed with OCD or depression? ANd if so, what meds do you take and do they help? We have so got to talk! Thanks in advance.

Yes, I've been officially diagnosed with OCD. I take Luvox, and Prozac. Currently I'm weaning myself off them cause my husband and I want to try for another baby.

I'm 27, and have had this fear of throwing up/ stomach flu/food poisioning most of my life. I haven't had much relief with meds. It's hard too, cause throwing up is not something you can repeatly expose yourself to.
Do you see a therapist? How do you cope?
It's funny, I even told my therapist about you. I couldn't believe I found someone with my same fear of puking!! I'm looking forward to talking with you!!!!
