Well, I told him how I felt, he listened to my chest, and he said the infection was still there. I got an x-ray and bloodwork done, and after that he told me it was a fungal infection :eek: Anyways he upped all of my medications and put me on antibiotics. Also he told me to avoid everything that triggers me for a week (basically stay in the house and vegitate as usual). And, he gave me a note for my insane basketball coach saying i'm not aloud to play for a week.

Well, hopefully I get better!!

I'm sorry. If you have a fungal infection, why didn't he give you an anti-fungal instead of an antibiotic? Doctors make no sense sometimes...

That's what I was thinking. She might have meant that he prescribed an antifungal.

lol, opps it was antifungal! hehehe, my bad. I'm so used to saying antibiotics!!!!

I hope it gets better! Sometimes fungal infections are a lot harder to clear!
