View Full Version : Pain underenath base of 2nd and 3rd toe

I now have pain underneath the 2nd and 3rd toe of my Right foot. I was born with flat feet and Morton's neuroma.

I am not sure about my anatomy , but I think that the muscles on the bottom of my foot such as the adductor hallucis are inflamed.

I think that I am aggravating the problem by ballroom dancing when I put pressure on the ball of my Right foot.

Any suggestions to keep me active? I have some training in kinesiology and bodywork ... but I need help!

Thank you for any resources, books, or websites that might be helpful.

I was born with semi-flat feet, which I think is what caused my bunions, which I had surgery for a week and a half ago. The doctor told me that to prevent the bunions from reforming, he'll make some orthotics for me. Would orthotics help you also? Just a suggestion. :)

Carlos
