When I awaken every morning, my body feels like I've been beaten. I'm sore all over, my hands are painful and stiff, etc.Do you know of any meds I could take at night so I can feel like a human being the next morning? Thanks for ANY help.

I know exactly what you mean. I feel the same way but just in the mornings and when it rains. I can tell when it is going to rain. I take tylenol every night before I go to bed or if it is going to rain. This helps a lot for me. I can still feelsome pain but not as much.

Hi Legal,

How long have you had these symptoms? Many people get these symptoms in their mid forties and it can be very disconcerting. In most cases they resolve on their own. I am sure that you have seen people standing in
line at the supermarket and flexing their necks, or even doing the same thing at a stoplight when driving.

It is when these symptoms do not go away after about six months, that it is a greater concern.
Ask some of your older friends if they have had these pains and what was the outcome??

Keep in touch...
Ron
