I have tested positive in my ANA test. I was wondering if anyone else has headaches 24/7 from there AI disease? Also does anyone else experience brain fog or dizziness/disorientation from there AI disease? Out of my 15 or 20 symptoms theses are my worst.

I have not tested positive to any autoimmune disease but I do have an immune deficiency. I also have fibromyalgia. I do have alot of the symptoms of AI though. I was told that with the immune def. I can get these symptoms that mimic AI things. Anyway, I too get headaches. I've had one everyday for the last 7 days. Also, brain fog and dizzieness. I don't know what to blame these on. It's very frustrating. What do you take for your headaches? I've tried different things but nothing seems to help. Sometimes Excedrin MIgraine takes the edge off.
