I f I sit down for a while to rest, say even 10 minutes, when I go to get up I am so stiff I can hardly move until I walk around slowly for a while to loosen up. Could this be the start of arthritis?
Also at night in bed I get terrible aches in my legs. Could this be something like arthritis too. If I take 2 tylenol it seems to help a bit. PLS REPLY!!!!

The stiffness after sitting sounds like it could be the start of some arthritis. The leg ache could be other things though like poor circulation or lack of potasium or calcium for instance. You might want to consult a doctor about these symptoms to determine what it is.
