Hi.
Which type of indoor exercise, without the use of any equipment, is best for:
1. Reducing out of breathness
2. Improving blood circulation
3. Both
and how is it to be carried out? Where do I start?
Thanks.

Any kind of cardio will do both. You just need to condition yourself. Jump rope, calisthenics (Google for explanations and examples), any number of aerobics videos (Tae Bo, The Firm, Jane Fonda... :) ), going up and down stairs. You just need to keep moving for 20-30 minutes. Why does it have to be indoors?

Thanks Naxis.
Weather's not suitable for outdoor stuff in these parts!
Did the search on Google, but still don't know what Calisthenics is and how to do it.

Calisthenics are exercises using body weight instead of equipment. Plyometrics are good also. Doing things like pushups, jumping jacks, "box jumps", walking lunges. Honestly, I'd recommend a video to start, then you can kind of devise your own program if you're so inclined. But having a whole session laid out, timed out, and demonstrated for you can be extremely helpful.

I recommend the tae-bo type videos (Billy Banks, Kathy Smith, ...). Those really get my heart rate going. If you use ankle weights, it will intesify the workout. Just remember to stretch properly first to avoid injury. And make sure you are in an open room to avoid kicking over things (I learned that one the hard way).
