hi every1 i am new here
i am wndering how you perform sprints correctly?

ok, sprints are really easy. Alls ya do is pick a spot where to start, one foot and front of the other. And pick a spot straight forward and then just take off. Make sure to breath and keep ur head up while sprinting, so the airways stay open. When you get to the end of the line, just walk it out. :)

Sprints are all about explosive power. It's just like running except that you are using every ounce of effort you can muster to push off the ground as hard as you can, which is why sprints are generally very short distance endeavours. You really should stretch well before doing sprints also, to avoid and muscle, ligament, or tendon damage.
