would heat help my pain in my lumbar region due to the herniated disk and acute degenerative dessication??

My doctor somehow missed my MRI and this info

now they want to do a MRI on my neck due to chronic right shoulder pain, but they are doing nothing for the chronic pain in my leg, which I feel is due to the herniated disk.

I need a new doctor. anyone know any in maine??
