hey everyone,
i'm aboout to go on a diet..for about 14 weeks and need to lose about 20 lbs and lean mass during that time..i would bulk, but am more concerned with just gettting more toned...i've tried atkins before, but it was too restricting...so anyways, today i bought some low carb bread from trader joe's (4g per slice) made from organic grains..is this okay instead of wohle wheat bread or are they the same? that was the only kind they had..also comparing it to whole wheat bread (9g slice) and whoel wheat tortillas (11g each)..which of these should i have...only a slice for breakfast and lunch..my plans is to stay away from sugars and refined carbs..mostly whole grians (wheat bread, oatmeal, sweet yams), proteins egg white, chicken, fish), natural peanut butter, also veggies..any advice would be appreciated..thanks
