I don't have anxiety in particular however I do have some phobias that trigger really bad panic attacks..I haven't had any problems with Sudafed yet.
You can use a nasal steroid spray also if your really concerned.

Go to the sauna and steam! Also acupuncture great for ET problems/middle ear fluid. Good luck xxx

Thanks, does sudafed take a long time to get rid of things like this?
Sooner its over the better :)

It should start to work within an hour of taking it. You can take it until the congestion is over..if it's an allergy, you'll need more than sudafed most likely. If it's a cold or something like that, it should help keept he congestion away until the cold is gone.

Hi, I would stay away from the Sudafed if it were me! That stuff, and most other OTC meds makes me jittery and causes my heart to race. I found Tylenol Sinus to work without the side effects.
Good luck!

Your right I forgot about the tylenol products, they do work amazing for those kind of problems..I used it religously for every sinus and ear problems for years until they changed the pill and made it bigger..then my allergies included swelling of the throat..and those tiny, tiny Sudafed pills are just so much more easier to swallow.

Thats the thing, dont think its an allergy and i havent had a cold. Just started getting ear ache. Strange, hope i dont have to take them long

Whats tylenol? do you have to get it on prescription only? as i do hate seeing the doctor!! they intimidate me and i am allways scared to ask them for things! well the scary men ones anyway.

Is it available in the UK? although sudafed isnt making me too anxious i would prefr something that is better and something i could take more of! :)
thanks
