Hi, all. I have a dilemma. I cannot get rid of the "dent" in the backs of my legs. I am in pretty good shape everywhere else- firm arms, flat tummy, (even starting to see a little washboard! :) ), but I cannot firm up that little area on my legs. I do videos at home with lots of squats and lunges, and am waiting for a step video to come in the mail. My question is, I have started jogging, (mainly for the cardio) and was wondering if that might help tone up this area? I am JUST starting running, and am really walking fast with short bursts of jogging in-between until I can build up my stamina. Any input would be appreciated.
Also, does anyone else jog, and if so, could you advise of a good routine to follow?
Thanks!

What do you mean by "dents"? Is that cellulite? If so, if you are in pretty good shape and still have that problem, since you've started switching up your routine a bit you may see some improvement. You need to constantly be challenging your body to keep seeing improvement. Your body gets used to whatever your doing and you plateau.
Also, I think lunges are a great exercise for the backs of the legs and butt. That's a tough spot though, I have trouble with it as well. Good luck!

I guess it's cellulite... I really don't know. It's not like the "cottage cheese" you sometimes see in that area- just like an indention. Anyway, I hope you're right that mixing up my routine might help. Thanks for your reply.
