does anyone else get a rash from exercising? I will get a rash on my arms, legs mainly once I have really got going through my workout. Then it goes away before I even get home to shower. It just started happening. My dermatologist told me to take Claritin. Is this happening to anyone else?

Is the rash like bumps or just red? Is it maybe hives? Does it itch? There is such a thing as exercise induced hives (urticaria). Do a search on that to see if that may be possible. Just an idea. Good luck to you!!!

about 4 years ago I suffered a very severe heat stroke and my body, from my knees to my neck, turned bright red. A steroid shot cured that episode, but, if I get the least bit dehydrated I still get a bright red rash.

What does the rash look like? Does it itch?
