I'm looking for either a great pilates DVD (want to get long lean muscles), or a fun workout dance type (maybe similar to TAE BO) workout DVD. Any suggestions? Just something to keep me in shape and get some good excercise while doing! Thanks :) .

I like the Firm videos for cardio and I just bought the Karen Voight Yogasculpting dvd for strength training and toning. I REALLY like the Yogasculpting one so far. I work out pretty regularly and this one made me really sore after just doing the ab, legs and buttocks, and upper body sections (only 25 minutes for those total).

I'm always looking for new videos to keep me interested and moving. Also, I like the Lotte Berke Method for toning.

Hello, "Kick Butt Kickboxing" is similar to Tae Bo. It's only $9.99 and really good. It's my favorite. It's done in segments. The first is a warm up, second is the aerobic part, third is the weight part, fourth is an intense ab workout, and last is stretching. Badrino Kocktane is the man in charge. He was a kickboxing champion.

For dancing type of stuff...I hear Zumba is really good. I want that tape so bad, but the only place I can find it is on the Internet. Richard Simmons does his in a party like atmosphere and the characters are really funny and down to earth. I like his Latin music video, because I love Latin music. I don't like the Disco one. The "Sweatn to the Oldies I & II" are really good too.
