Well its only been a week, but I can't believe how much better I feel! I still don't have a bg monitor (I have to wait until my appt next week) but I am doing everything I am supposed to and I feel like a new person.
> I am monitoring my diet (keeping a diary) and being careful to eat very balanced meals. Its still not a formal diet plan, but I am being sensible. I am also being sure to have something (anything) at least every 3 hours. The small snacks in between meals are keeping me from feeling famished at meal time and I don't still feel hungry after normal portions (like I used to).
> I am on 2 mg of Amaryl daily with supper.
> I am walking every day (was completely sedentary). Hubby goes with me to the mall every night and we walk the paremeter once.
Is it really possible that these seemingly small changes could make such a huge difference? I had no idea how lousy had been feeling until now.
