HI. My name is Julie I have never posted on a board beofre and I am not even sure this is the correct place to do so but here it goes anyway....

I am a married woman but I have recently flirted with online activities that I prolly shouldn't have. I have caused great pain in my marriage and now have to stop with the internet chats and games.

In the past, I have had to quit smoking and it feels virtually the same. I am going nuts not having access to my online friends. It really really is an addiction from a physcological perspective. I was wondering if any one out there has had similar experiences? What helps?
