Hey, I've been going back and forth in my mind about how I really hated doing hamstrings on the leg curl machine! I didn't want to do stiff legged deadlifts with the barbell, because of the loading & unloading (I already do full dead lifts on back day)...But I just read something about using dumbells for deadlifts...I can just use the dumbells and do stiff legged deadlifts for my hamstrings...duh!

*It's amazing how that light bulb goes on and off sometimes!

It's amazing how guys with big muscles get stereotyped as being dumb, I wonder where that comes from. haha!

Hey, don't dis the leg curl machine. They work the hams differently than SLDLs and are an excellent way to round out a ham routine.

Yeah, I know they're good! It's just that if I go real heavy, I'll start to cramp-up in my hams. But it's important to do them! Although I don't necessarily enjoy them!
