How do I lower my body fat? I am already on a low calorie diet-no more than 1400 calories a day.....5'4-145lbs....I dont eat alot of fat as it is but how can I lower it? I also dont do too much exercise.

The only way to lose fat is to burn fat. The only way to burn fat is to exercise. You can reduce your calories and fat intake and all of that but all that's going to do is help you not to put on any additional fat. It won't do squat as far as taking it off. Actually if you are eating too few calories than your body needs your body will start to canabolize your muscle tissue. Sure you'll see a weight loss on the scale but it will be muscle that is lost, not fat. It sounds to me like with your diet you've stopped the weight gain and that's good but now you need to add exercise to get rid of the fat you already have.

you answered your own question- start exercising- I bet you will see some changes.
