i had never heard of triglyceriders until i read one side affect of an acne medication called Accutane that raises triglyceriders in the body. to my knowledge triglyceriders aren't on labels, so which foods have them

Triglycerides are the way that fats nearly always exist in nature. They are comprised of 3 fat molecules chains held at one end by a sugar-alcolol molecule (glycerol.)
So anythig you eat that has any fat has triglycerides. The body can also manufacture triglycerides very easily from any excess of carbohydrates or proteins. It's what body fat is made of.
