Hello Everyone
Just a quick question:
I am getting an ultra sound next week for something unrelated to pregnancy but I was wondering, how long after conception can the ultrasound pick up an embryo? I am also a bit worried about an unintended pregnancy and was wondering if the radiologist would be able to see it after two weeks or so...
Thanks for your help :)

I believe before you are 10 weeks pregnant they do an internal ultrasound (through the vagina) rather than on the belly. I don't think before that point they would notice an embryo unless they were looking for something. I'm not 100% sure though.
