Anybody have any luck with recovering from and/or managing costochondritis using traditional and/or non-traditional treatments, medications, and/or methods? I've used ultracet, Rolfing, Vitamin supplements, and stress management techniques for the past 9 months with mixed results... Thanks for any "experience, strenght or hope" anyone has to offer.

Only success is learning to cope after 15+ years.
Celebrex helps, pain comes and goes. At times
severe, others mild. Now becoming concerned
symptoms will interfere with any heart conditions
that might be recognized otherwise. Can see that
will likely get worse with age (now 45). Excercise
can make worse. Not sure if stress has any affect.
