I Am 48 Yrs Old And Had Eaten Beef And Pork My Whole Life Without Any Problem
Until 4 Years Ago. All Of A Sudden I Had A Major Reaction. It Took Me A While To
Figure Out What Foods Were Causing The Reactions, Because They Were Delayed
Approximately 4 To 5 Hours. I Can Eat Chicken, Turkey, And Fish, So I Am Not A Total Vegetarian. I Can Eat Very Small Doses Of Pork Without A Major Reaction,
But If I Eat The Smallest Amount Of Beef, I Usually Need To Use An Epi Pen. If Anyone Else Has A Pork And Beef Allergy, I'd Like To Hear About It.

I have reaction to deer meat or any wild meat, that I can not eat at all and if by mistake I swallowed a small amount I Need to Use An Epi Pen. Regarding beef I notice that if the bread and porc (hamburger or hot dog) is covered with sesame I get very sick and my abdomen bloat. He took me a long time to find out why I was like this. I mostly eat chicken and turkey and I am very careful of what kind of bread I eat by reading the label. But some time some bread are in contact with sesame and it is not indicated on the label….
