Is it possible that my lower back having a problem(not yet diagnosed but still very serious) can throw off the rest of your body? My orthadontsit has toldme that my one shoulder sits lower than the other and that my Hyoid bone is sitting lower on one side. My middle back between my shoulder blades just builds the nastiest knots. Also I have many other symptoms hewadache, fatiuge, low sex drive, etc etc(there are about 20 in totatl). Most I think are caused by my auto immune disease but some like headache and dissorientation I feel are probably caused by my back. Has anyone else had there entire body throwen out because of a disc problem?

Hi bigheadache,

Oh yes....most definitely. I call it the "nose to toes syndrome". Everything is interconnected somewhere. So absolutely the rest of your body will "retaliate" and such. Start at the crux of the situation and work your way out from there. That's the only way to nip this bugger at all. Might I suggest a little alternative healing therapy too? Like acupuncture or acupressure, massage therapy, etc. Many times working on other parts of the body will help others along the way. Good luck to you.

bigheadache,
I have low back troubles and I feel it everywhere. It is incredible. Do you mind me asking you what auto-immune disease you have? I am being tested for several. Also, what is your low back trouble diagnosis?

Ok successtory first. I have tried all the alternatives you spoke of and a bunch more. I have tried everything. I finaly got in to see a neurosurgeon. I am have CT scans of my lower back on the 27th of february.

GracieGirl I have had all my these symptoms for the past 6 years:
-Fatigue
-Headache
-Brain Fog/Disorientation/Psychosis
-Dizzyness
-soreness/stiff muscles
-Extremely dry nose
-Dry eyes
-Allergies
-Swollen/Tender lymph nodes
-Phlem in throat
-Laboured Breathing
-Dry sometimes rashy skin
-Depression/Anxiety
-Low body Temperture
-Indigestion
-Weight Gain

I have just been doing more and more research. I have seen over 15 specialists most of which are in different fields of medicine. Finaly about a week ago I went in to my Dr. and pleaded with him to test me for AI diseases. My ANA came back positive and I got a referal to a rheumatologist. So I am not sure what AI disease I have untill I see the specialist.
