I always had ear problems from my allergies and such. But last time I got too much wax build up and they flushed me out and found a infection on the inner outter ear part, not near the ear drum but on the skin part inside. Well now I feel like I have that again, no pressure yet just a ear ache! I called my doctor today and all she would do for me is give me a decongestant! which is not helping, I go to see her on Monday, but I don't want to suffer like this all weekend. I alreayd took three Advil throughout the night, but the pain is still there! any suggestions? is there anything I can do to take away the pain till I see my doctor on Monday? Thanks!

Maybe try a heating pad, or some type of moist heat? :confused:

Thanks for your reply. I think I will try some heat on it when I go to sleep. I just wish the medicine i took would actually work! :)
