Tympagesic or otigesic as they may be called, contain Benzocaine- anestetic, Antipyrine- pain reliever and phenylephrine- a decongestant.

I was pleased to come across these as i have ear inner congestion and it causes pain too! doctor gave me sudafed but i just dont like the way i react to them. He never mentioned these ear drops!! i am thinking of asking him for them, as phenylephrine is a decongestant and dose the same as sudafed and other decongestants so that in ear drops is bound to be good!!

Anyone ever tried ear drops with a decongestant?

Claire :)
