Hi , I am very scared. I am not sure if what just happened was panic or a seizure. I have bad anxiety attacks but nothing like this. I was watching Tv when I felt very strange. Like something was wrong or my dog just died. I got very dizzy and had to vomit. When I went to the bathroom I started shaking very bad and my heart was pounding. It wore off and right now I feel dizzy and my left side of my face feels dead. It was so scary I almost called 911. Any ideas.

Jennifer, It sounds like maybe a type of partial seizure. You may want to call your doctor and let him/her know what happened.

I agree with Scoot, sounds like partial activity to me to. The vomiting part sounds like a symptom. I have that after my romper room activities. Call your Neuro and if they continue get help immediately.
