Hey guys, i have both a panic disorder and bppv(vertigo) i get dizzy sometimes, and i have ringing in my ears. I went to the doc the other day, and they did an ear irrigation. You wouldn't believe the stuff sitting in your ear. To far in to see visibly, but outside of the eardrum. They spray water in to get it out. I had this huge chunk of multicolored, hairy wax come out. This wax can cause some hearing loss and ringing. I figured it was worth a try, it helped a bit. Give it a shot if you haven't done it before. It's cheap and good for you. :wave:

Yes i did. It does help with the ringing.
