Hi, a few yrs ago my dr told me I have tendonitis in both my Achilles tendons. He said cortisone shots are the most common treatment for tendonitis however if they stuck a needle into the Achilles, it could snap. Obviously I preffered NOT to have that happen. He told me to stick a bag of frozen peas on it at night for 15 mins before bed. ( as it bothers me most when I wake up-stiff and sore)
Does anyone have any better solutions/advice?
