Hi I'm new here and I need some help

I was wondering how pregnancy affects fybromyalgia patients, and if there is any difference in the amount of pre-natal vitamins that I need to take.

p.s. please excuse my spelling errors, english is not my first language :)

sorry I just realised I forgot to introduce myself. I'm a 27 year old Icelandic female, who's been suffering from fybro for as long as I can remember. Got a lot worse though when I was in a bad car accident when I was 21, and I've lost most of the fine movement in my hands, which had a very traumatic effect on me since it destroyed all my plans for the future (was on my way to artschool). Am now working as an international telephone operator, and have thankfully a very understanding boss :)
and as you can see I'm thinking about becoming pregnant :)
