Hey, my hair line at my forehead is starting to receade. All the hair on my head is pretty thick coming in but the forehead line is receading, so now I have a big forehead....which I can't stand. I was wondering if rogaine can solve this problem very well or if it's just for thinning hair, going into doctor out of question but i was wondering if Rogaine product would work for this.
I read up about rogaine at their website it said it would restimulate hair growth but didn't really say anything about receading hairline.

I think I answered this in the wrong area above maybe. I would go to see a dermatologist and ask about this. I think you would be helped by Rogaine since it is early. That is the best time to start it. Good Luck.

i just read your post and wanted to answer you.My fiance is 34 and started losing hair too on the forehead and then in the middle.His dad and all his brothers are balding.Well he started using the Rogaine and he gave himself 6months and we saw excellent results.Well anyway we discoverd a generic type of Rogaine which you can buy at Costco,it is from a company called Kirkland and it around $24.99.So you save money and get the same results.He also went to the doctor and tried the pill propecia,but it is $60.00 a month and a lot of side effects so he stopped that.But it's been now almost 3yrs and his hair has thickend and it looks natural and great.But every person is different.Go pay a visit to a doctor and see what will work out for you but you should try out the rogaine or the generic brand.Good luck
