If I do cardiovascular exercises I have a hard time breathing (Air hunger) I yawn a lot and take deep breaths. So far the test has been normal and I am still taking tests. This started on July 3, 2003 at 1:30 PM when I was blowing out my computers with a can of air. If I go on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a heart beat of 120 which is easy, I will have these breathing problems for 3 days. If I take a walk for I hour at a heart rate of 103 then my breathing isn’t so bad. I had a back operation in February of 2003 which I think might have put things into motion. I have been an avid hiker all my life and I am 56. Has anyone else had breathing problems that correlates cardiovascular exercise with breathing problems?
