Hello All, I'm new to this board and I'm also new to taking Serevent.
It's been prescribed at 1 puff morning and night. It's supposed to help me sleep at night.
As I've only been taking it 2 days now, I'm interested in anyone's experiences with this medication.
Thanks all.

I also am taking servent along with something else-2 puffs twice a day-I know it did get rid of my chest pains, but I find I still have a hard time breathing-one step up is a good start I guess-I don't have asthma really either-I'm an ARDS surivior.
I take Serevent and Flovent 2 puffs 2x a day. I also take Singulair. It keeps me under control breathing; though any exertion and I'm pretty winded, but I can at least take deep breaths now. What's ARDS?

Hi:
I have emphysemia & use Serevent & pulmicort in the A.M. & P.M. I can vouch for both medications. My shortness of breath has decreased substantially & I can lie down at night to sleep.

ARDS is adult/acute resptiory distress syndrome-for more information go to ards.org or comatose.org or just ask me.

I use Serevent and it has helped along with Accolate, Flovent, Atrovent, Alupent and Albuteral for my nebulizer.
I had a really bad time with my asthma before Christmas and spent a week in the hospital. This combination of drugs keeps me going and I've cut my attacks from almost daily to less than once every few weeks.

hi all
I've been taking serevent, flovent and singulair for about a year and a half. I feel no different then the first time I saw my Dr. Although I have noticed I loose more hair since starting meds. This is really bothersome. I dont know.
