Just curious. Anyone believe that back pain can cause difficulty in breathing?

I don't know that back pain can cause breathing trouble, but I know when I'm having breathing trouble that my back hurts.

I don't think that your back will affect your lungs! However I suspect that if you have a sore back then it may make it hurt more to breathe, also I know my back gets sore when I have an attack, as do my shoulders.

I was told by a chiropractor awhile back ago that the back being out of place CAN cause breathing problems for Asthmatics and I just didn't know if I should believe that or not.
