Good morning everyone,

Hope everyone's doing well this morning. I experienced some fairly sharp withdrawal symptoms last night and early this morning that came out of the blue. Strange at how this stuff will try to play w/ your mind. At any rate, I beat them off me and am now feeling fine. My boss here at work told me that when he quit chewing, his worst withdrawals came at about day #10. It's funny how everyone's different. But the bottom line is that all of these symptoms will completely go away one day. That will be one happy day for ol' Dave!

I've been chewing the imitation snuff, but am going to try to stop that today and see what happens. Like Laurie said in an earlier post, I've got to be careful about "not breaking the dependency habit."

Thanks again and if these daily posts are getting on anyone's nerves, please let me know and I'll curtain them. :)

Dave

No Dave - keep posting each day - I think it helps newbies that are tryin to quit as well and I think it's a motivator for you as well - I'll keep answering them so no worries. :)

That's what the boards are here for :)

You're doing GREAT :bouncing:
